COVID 19 – RBP Services Update
Similar to many businesses, we are constantly monitoring the Coronavirus situation.
As with everyone, our priority is the well-being of our employees, their families and our clients.
As the UK Government have issued public guidance regarding how we currently conduct our lives, we have put into place a plan that both safeguards the health of our colleagues and maintains the same level of service and responsiveness that our clients have come to expect from RBP.
We have put into place the following measures:
• We have access to all our client records and emails through our Virtual Portal, so whilst we are still collecting our post twice a week, anything you can send us electronically would ensure we receive your documents in a timely manner
• All our staff are now working from home. They all have access to their emails and have had their direct dial numbers diverted to their personal mobiles. We kindly request that any calls to them are made during our normal office hours which are between 9am and 5pm
• Until further notice, the partners will not be carrying out any face-to-face client meetings and if you do have a meeting booked with one of the partners; please get in touch with them to arrange a way of carrying it out over the telephone, Zoom or Skype
Throughout this period of uncertainty, we want assure all our clients this will not disrupt our ability to perform our services and we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated accordingly in this rapidly changing environment.
Like everyone else, we hope the measures and efforts being undertaken in our communities will limit the impact of the virus.
